Our one story concrete block building, 50,000 sq. feet is located on 34 acres in suburban Erie, Pennsylvania, located minutes from Interstate highways.

Conveyor powder coat system
Our powder coat system consists of five (5) stage iron phosphate conveyor metal preparation cleaner, dry-off oven and baking oven (the ultimate required for providing a good, reliable bond between metal substrates and finish). We utilize a Gema OptiFlex 2 Manual Powder Coating System, the world’s most advanced manual powder coating technology, which allows us to spray all powder coating materials with ease, and coat complex geometries with outstanding efficiency and quality. The conveyor has a variable speed drive adjustable for baking time and temperature. We have hardness, gloss, adhesion, and thickness testing for quality control.
